PERSONNEL:

Each offense personnel group has two run and two pass plays. The offense “Power” personnel are better at run plays; “Spread” personnel are better at pass plays; and “Base” personnel are average at both.

The defense “Run-Stop” personnel are better at defending run plays; “Pass-Stop” personnel are better at defending pass plays; and “Base” personnel are average at defending both.

Each number represents the average of eight outcomes (two offense play cards versus four defense play cards). The pattern of these average outcomes illustrates the relative advantage and disadvantage for each combination of personnel.
