Outcomes

Impacting Outcomes.

A skill can change the outcome only when it is: (1) in-the-game, and (2) matched with the Fliip outcome (for game and possession skills), and (3) the skill-dice-roll is high enough for the skill to be effective (for skills that require a dice roll).

During a game you will often have situations where none of the four game and possession skills in-the-game are matched to the Fliip outcome. In these cases the skills have no impact and the Fliip outcome is taken as-is.

Offense and defense skills are relevant only on play-card Fliips, and kicking skills only on kicks. Penalty skills can be used before plays and kicks.
