Down Distance
Upgraded Down and Distance.
The OrangeGrey game-set will include upgraded distance markers and down tokens. We've listened to your feedback and redesigned the down-and-distance system to be even better, quicker, and easier to use.
The number of clear markers has been reduced from five to two in the new system. These two markers stay on the field (no need to change out the markers when the down changes), are heavier, and have sideline rails which straddle the field for added stability.
Just slide the markers along the field to register new yardage lines. A yellow face on each marker is used to register the line-of-scrimmage and first-down-line. These yellow faces mimic the lines projected onto the field during televised games. The bolder colors of the new field-mat provide higher contrast and visibility.
A single down token is moved within the over-lapping recesses to indicate the down. Just move the token when the down changes.
